All our products are proudly handcrafted in the USA using sustainably sourced materials.
3. Can I purchase inserts separately?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of inserts, including holiday, seasonal, and personalized designs.
Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does it take for my order to ship?Since all our products are handcrafted to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–8 business days
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply, depending on your location.

1. What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for non-customized items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Customization
1. Can I personalize my board?Yes! We offer personalized engraving options for our boards and inserts. You can add names, dates, or custom designs to make your board truly one-of-a-kind.
2. How do I request a custom insert?
During checkout, select the “Custom Insert” option and provide your design details in the personalization box. If you have a specific design in mind, you can also email us at customerservice@blackdolphindesign.com with your requirements.
3. Are custom items refundable?
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Product Care
1. How do I care for my board?To keep your board in excellent condition:
- Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking.
- Dry immediately with a soft towel.
- Regularly condition the board with food-safe mineral oil or a board conditioning wax.
No, dishwashers can damage the wood and ruin the finish. Always hand wash your board.

Follow the same care instructions as the board: hand wash and condition with food-safe oil.
